If for political, cultural or social reasons astrology and/or esoteric and metaphysics of any kind is illegal in your locality, by accessing and paying to receive a consultation report/or by receiving astrological information and the associated services or products from Priya Kapil Astrology, you agree that you do so of your own free will and that you will not hold Priya Kapil culpable or responsible in any way for any legal ramifications, which you might incur as a result.

Refund Policy

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item from the shop to request a return. This does not apply to specially customised products/bespoke items that have been made and spiritually energised especially for you including jewellery/ puja rituals/ or any astrology service that has been provided.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items must be sent. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The purchase of the return label will be billable to you and not payable by Priya Kapil Astrology.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you return an item, it should be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and it should include all items that were in the original package.

If the returned item is used, damaged, or missing any parts, or is damaged during return delivery because it wasn’t packaged correctly, we have the right to deduct from the refund to cover the loss in the item’s value.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or specially customised products/bespoke items that have been made and spiritually energised especially for you including jewellery/ puja rituals/ or any astrology service that has been provided.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
